The girl helping my wife literally could not have been rude. She was interrupting my wife and half our order was wrong. We could even hear her telling her co-workers how much she hates customers.
Staff is rude,like super rude and they want to charge you an extra $2 for some hot milk to add to a double shot of espresso when the foam for a macchiato is free...didnt starbucks learn already that cold milk ruins an espresso....never going there again and i dont recommended it to anyone.
All of the baristas are excellent & make an effort to really get to know you. On the rare occasion that i dislike something i have ordered they fix it without any issue. Yes Starbucks is an expensive brand but you are definitely getting a quality product & service. Store is a smaller one but hopefully they will move to a larger location in the future. Anyone who frequents Starbucks will advise you to join the rewards program that can be used anywhere. It is well worth it!
Staff do a good job of taking and filling orders despite the summer rush. This Starbucks has an unusual layout, with counter seats on the left side as you go to the back of the store. I haven't had any problem with forgotten or mistaken orders.
The staff was friendly, the coffee good, the bathroom clean, and I was welcome to sit down and plug in for as long as I wished. I call that a winning formula!
