I had new tires already arranged from somewhere else but when they took off the drivers side front wheel this damage was found. Mr. Tire said it was like this when they took the wheel off but didn't inform me that this was damaged but did manage to tell me that the track rod end was damaged.
The work also took 4 1/2 hours. In at 11 am as per my appointment. Receipt written at 3:40 pm.
They were friendly and efficient. I can't comment on their prices since I bought a trailer tire to replace one that had a blowout. I not sure how much it should of been. They helped me immediately and finished the job quicker than promised.
I wouldn't take me car anywhere else. The guys here are always super nice and great at explaining all those confusing car problems to me. They know most customers by name usually saying hello to them before the door has even closed behind them. They remember that I travel for work and always do their best to make sure my car will get me safely to and from work. Thanks for looking out for looking out for me.These guys seem to truly care about customer safety.

If I could give them 100 Stars I would, usually I do my own preventive maintenance on my Truck's and Car but I have a commuter car I run from Cape May to Montauk NY twice a month for commercial fishing. I had two bad tires and Jim the counter guy went up and beyond what a usual shop would do on a holiday weekend. He was fantastic and was Dave ( I think that's his name) the manager .I thought I was looking at a three hour wait but was out the door in an hour. Like I said I usually do my own preventive maintenance but I'm now a customer for life at this location. I'll also have no problem sending my wife and daughters over there knowing they'll be treated fairly and with respect! The Mechanic's and Techs were also very knowledgeable and friendly and as I watched them they never took a break, just kept pumping out the work! Whoever owns this location needs to give everyone and I mean from counter guys to Mechanic's a raise or bonus. Especially Jim behind the counter!

Terrible service and rip off merchants. I went on Saturday September 1 2017 for a front wheel alignment. They told me that the track rod end was damaged and they could replace it. I authorized the work, paid and left after the work was completed. They also informed me that the tires needed replacing as this was causing the car to pull to the left.
